Karla Torres is the Vice President of the MSSE Student Association. She currently serves as the Community Development Specialist for the Microsoft LA region, where she helps procure tech and STEM resources to local schools, non-profits, and businesses. Previously, Karla led teams in developing behavioral interventions for some of Southern California’s most vulnerable families through her work at Seneca Family of Agencies and the City of Anaheim. Karla was born and raised in Anaheim, CA and graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education. She enjoys traveling, reading, and laughing uncontrollably.
