Emily grew up in Colorado and received her BA in International Relations from the University of Redlands in 2010. She is currently the Marketing & Content Manager for Genexa, the world’s first organic over-the-counter medicine. She also volunteers as a pro bono marketing consultant with Taproot Foundation, working with local nonprofits such as the Los Angeles River Revitalization Corporation and Project Angel Food. She is passionate about traveling, exploring new cultures, and is constantly looking for the next opportunity to embark on an adventure. Emily chose to pursue the MS in Social Entrepreneurship to further hone her business and entrepreneurial skills and incorporate her passion for solving global issues with a group of like-minded people. Upon completion of the degree, she hopes to find or create an opportunity that will equalize access and connectivity around the world.
